Iranian artists to compete in Denmark’s AIPS2012
Works by 18 Iranian artists have been selected to take part in a poster competition held as part of the 2012 Aarhus International Poster Show 2012 (AIPS2012).

Mohammad Afshar, Marjan Akhbari-Azad, Saeed Behdad, Behrouz Fouladi, Mona Goudarzi, Hamed Hakimi, Mohammad Jamshidi, Maryam Khaleghi-Yazdi, Ali Mahdavi, Mahsa Behfar, Naz Mousavi, Kourosh Nozadian, Mona Pourkarimi, Ladan Rezaei, Seyyed Mojtaba Rouhani, Mehdi Saeedi, Shahman Saeidem and Nazanin Tamaddon are the artists whose works will take part in the international event.
AIPS2012 will open on August 17 in the city of Aarhus, hosting graphic designers, professional artists, commercial and advertising artists, as well as art and design students from all over the world.

The Danish Poster Museum has invited artists to send their new original posters on the theme ‘To Be Human,' and take part in the international poster contest.

Winners will be selected by an international jury composed of Uwe Loesch (graphic designer AGI, Germany), Michel Bouvet (graphic designer AGI, France), Kari Piippo (graphic designer, AGI Finland), Gitte Kath (graphic designer Denmark), Finn Nygaard (graphic designer AGI, Denmark) and Peder Stougaard (Director of The Danish Poster Museum).
The Danish Poster Museum was founded in the early 1970s and was continuously expanded into Denmark's largest private collection.
