Iftikhar Husain Arif, ECI President, met with Ahmed Gorbanov, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Tehran on January 28, 2014.
At the meeting, the two sides explored the possibilities for cooperation in commemoration of the 290th birth anniversary of Makhtumqoli Faraghi, Turkmen spiritual leader and philosophical poet, scheduled to be held in next April in Iran and Turkmenistan.
