Later at the event, Mohammad Afsar Rahbin, Cultural Attaché of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, appreciated the ECO Cultural Institute for arranging the exhibition and said: "In the competitive world of media, photograph plays an important role in the introduction and understanding of the facts and events".
