The commemoration of Master Abbas Jamalpour, the internationally renowned Iranian artist, was held on Monday, April 22, 2019, at ECI attended by Dr. Mohammad Mazheri, the ECI President.
According to ECI public relations, the ceremony, participated by outstanding arts and cultural figures of the country, Dr. Hossein Baher, Dr. Mohsen Farshad, Dr. Tayyebeh Mohammad, and CEO of Honar-e Gooya Publishing, delivered speeches on different artistic and mystic aspects of Master Jamalpour's works.
Unveiling of two works by Master Abbas Jamalpour was another part of the ceremony held at ECI headquarters, which was attended by Dr. Mohammad Mehdi Mazaheri, the head of this international institution.
Molana's Masnavi, Master Jamalpour's works and the book called 'Mehr', a collection of manuscripts by Master Jamalpour, were also launched at the ECO Cultural Institute.
At the sidelines of the event, a music band performed pieces of traditional and classic music and poems from Shahnameh were also recited by Keykhosro Dehqan. The event concluded with venerating the lofty artistic and international position Master Jamalpur's.
