The ECO Cultural Institute participated at the 32nd Tehran International Book with 41 titles of books.
In order to both safeguard the common cultural heritage and expand cultural and scientific exchanges, ECI, in the new chapter in its activities, has published works of a number of prominent authors and poets of the member states on a variety of scientific and literary subjects.
"Yek Beyt Parnian", "Economic Cooperation Organization and Cultural Security of the Member States", "Return of Khawaja Nasreddin", "Regional integration on the basis of cultural commonalities (cooperation between national libraries of the ECO Member States), "Media Encyclopedia (Essential Arabic, Persian, English Terms)", "Sotim Ulughzoda and Cultural Identity" and "ECO Diplomatic Library, Representation of Convergence in the ECO Member States" and also fresh issues of ECO Times and ECO Heritage journals are among ECI publications which will be presented at the Book Fair.
In the same lines, expert panel on 'How to Read' will be held on Thursday May 2, 2019 at 15:15 at Sara-ye Ahl-e Qalam, Tehran Int'l Book Fair, featuring the launching of the book "ECO Diplomatic Library, Representation of Convergence in the ECO Member States" (on the occasion of proclaiming the year 2018 as the year of book reading in ECO Region), to be presented by Dr. Iraj Shahbazi, Faculty Member of University of Tehran.
