The book titled Iran and Iqbal (Historical-Content Analysis of Iqbal Studies in Iran) has been written by Dr. Hakimeh Dastranji, with the foreword by Dr. Mohammad Mahdi Mazaheri, president of the international body, and edited by Ms. Roqieh Badie Gohar.
The book is comprised of six chapters including Allama Iqbal and Persian literature; Persian philosophy viewed by Allama Iqbal, elements of Persian culture in Iqbal thoughts; Allama Iqbal in Persian literature; Allama Iqbal in the cultural areas of Iran; poems of Iranian poets in mourning over loosing Allama Iqbal.
'Iran and Iqbal' is significant in opening new horizons on the trend of Iqbal studies in Iran and presenting a real view of the same in different social and intellectual arenas of the country.
