Exhibition of Illumination works created by Master Davar Parvin was on Sunday, October 13, 2019. Present at the event held at ECO Diplomatic Art Gallery were Dr. Mohammad Mahdi Mazaheri, president of ECO Cultural Institute, ambassador of Mali to Iran and a group of outstanding artists of illumination.
According to ECI public relations, at the ceremony, Dr. Mohammad Mahdi Mazaheri referred to the presence of prominent figures in arts and culture and said: "Iranian artists have always excelled in the world".
Referring to devising of a comprehensive program of cultural diplomacy during his tenure at this international institution, the ECI president added: "Despite all the internal and international financial barriers, we were able to not only expand the activities of ECO Cultural Institute but also make fundamental measures such as the establishment of ECO Media Union (ECOMU), ECO Digital, and ECO Press.
The president of the ECO Cultural Institute stated that the ECO Diplomatic Gallery has hosted many exhibitions of domestic and international art to this dated; however, the exhibition of works by Master Parvin is one of the most important ones organized during this tenure.
Master calligrapher, Mr. Koohestani, also praised the art of Master Parvin and added: "With the management of Dr. Mazaheri, the diplomatic gallery of the ECO Cultural Institute has been transformed into a one of the top galleries in the field."
