'The World of the Silk Queen' by Zokir Sobir, the renowned Tajik painter, won the 1st place and gold medal at the International competition 'The Painter and Creativity' held in New York city.
The work has been created using 'Tanvarism' style which is one the two styles of 'Noorvarism' and 'Tanvarism' created by the painter himself. The two styles are new phenomenon in the world of art and have attracted many artists from around the world including countries such as Tajikistan, Russia, Ukraine and other countries. It is worth mentioning that 'Noorvarism' style pays special attention to reality and the physical arrangement of light. On the other hand, Tanvarism reflects the unseen spirit of the world residing in different objects.
It is worth mentioning that in 2015, Zokir Sobir, the outstanding Tajik painter, won 'Golden Eagle' Award in the United States and in 2016, was awarded honorary membership of the Russian Painting Academy.
