In order to mark the Democracy and National Unity Day, the Ata Ice Museum has been opened in Erzurum.
The museum, constructed in the Faculty of Fine Arts building in cooperation with Atatürk University and North Eastern Anatolia Development Agency (KUDAKA), was completed after 18 months.
Ata Ice is Turkey's only ice museum. With eight ice-making machines, 16 ice mold machines and 400 square meters of exhibition space, the museum will display ice sculptures under 5 degrees Celsius throughout the year.
The Museum visitors will experience professional lighting, sound and music alongside the works exhibited.
