Panjshir Holds 8th Mulberry Cultural Festival
Attended by a number of poets, writers and cultural figures, the 8th Mulberry Cultural Festival was held in Malima village of Panjshir.

According to ECO Cultural Institute, quoting Tolo News, the festival participants said that holding such cultural events is important for strengthening national unity among people.
"Such events indicate compassion, harmony and solidarity among all the tribes of Afghanistan", said Ekram Khamoosh, one of the poets attending the festival.
Every summer, Panjshir hosts hundreds of tourists who come mainly to enjoy the area's green nature as well as Panjshir Sea.
Atefeh Mohammadi, who had participated in Panjshir's Mulberry Cultural Festival along with her friends and family members, said: "There were many women participating at the festival and Panjshir province hosted them very well".
Noor Ahmad Ahmadi, a resident of Baghlan province, had also attended the festival. He says that he and a number of his friends came to Panjshir from Baghlan province to spend a good time: "The safety of any area is an important factor encouraging people to travel to other provinces and Panjshir's safety is the reason we are here".
Meanwhile, Panjshar's local officials are also endeavoring to facilitate the conditions for the arrival of national and foreign tourists in the province
