Turkmenistan's Ethnographic Exhibition Opens in Romania
The opening of an exhibition of photographs and ethnographic objects of Turkmenistan took place in the Romanian city of Karei.

According to ECO Cultural Institute quoting Turkmenistan.ru, the exhibition, dedicated to the celebration of the anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, was organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Romania with the assistance of Istvan-Janos Antal - Deputy, Chairman of the Inter parliamentary friendship group Romania - Turkmenistan, the mayor's office of the municipality of Karei and the art gallery of the castle "Károlyi".
Among the exhibits are photographs and ethnographic items from the private collection of Deputy Istvan-Janos Antal, as well as objects of the national cultural heritage of Turkmenistan from the collection of the Embassy. The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the local community and media, scientific and cultural figures, as well as residents and guests of the Satu Mare region.
The opening ceremony was attended by: mayor of Karelia Eugen Kovacs, Deputy Istvan-Janos antal, Director of the Satu Mare Region Museum Attila Nandor Hago, adviser to the Cultural and tourist center "County of Karoi" Adrian Shtefanutz.
All speakers stressed that the organized event will make a significant contribution to strengthening and expanding cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the friendly peoples of Turkmenistan and Romania.
The exhibition will run until the beginning of September 2020.
