Within the framework of the series of events to commemorate the luminaries of the ECO region, a program titled 'A Review of the Intellectual and Scholarly Legacy of Mohammad Ibn Zakariya Razi' will be held by ECO Cultural Institute on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 08:00 PM.
According to ECO Cultural Institute, concurrent with the commemoration of Mohammad Ibn Zakariya Razi and National Pharmacist Day, the ECO Cultural Institute will hold a program titled 'A Review of the Intellectual and Scholarly Legacy of Mohammad Ibn Zakariya Razi'.
At the online session, Dr. Seyyed Hojjat-ul-Haq Hosseini, a university professor and researcher of the history of science, as well as Dr. Ehsan Moqaddas, a prominent Razi scholar, will elaborate upon the life and works of Mohammad Ibn Zakariya Razi, one of the most influential masterminds in the history of science, wisdom and culture of the ECO region.
"The Origin of Razi's Thoughts and the Foundations of his Ideas and Philosophy", "Bibliography, Codicology and Review and Analysis of Razi's Works and Writings", "Razi's Position in Chemistry and Pharmacy Sciences" and "Razi's Role in the Traditional Iranian Medicine" are among the topics to be discussed at the session.
