Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov arrived in Dushanbe to attend the 7th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation.
According to ECO Cultural Institute quoting Khovar, Deputy PM Davlatshoh Gulmakhmadzoda and other officials welcomed Aripov at the Dushanbe International Airport.
The meeting will focus on expanding bilateral cooperation in the trade, economic, transport, communications, energy, agriculture, water management cultural and humanitarian spheres as well as other priority areas.
As part of the visit of the Uzbek delegation to Tajikistan, a business forum and a meeting of the Business Council is also planned.
