on December 15, 2020, Sarvar Bakhti, President of the ECO Cultural Institute, met with Mohammad Reza Saket, the Managing Director of Foolad Mobarake Sepahan Sport Club at the headquarters of this international organization.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, at the meeting, the ECI president highlighted the importance of "sport" as a tool to build closer relationships between the peoples of the ECO region and expressed hope that the Club would serve as a center to hold joint tournaments to promote "sports diplomacy" among ECO member countries.
In his part, Mohammad Reza Saket, the Managing Director of Sepahan Sport Club, also provided Sarvar Bakhti with a brief report about the activities and facilities of the club and proposed to hold joint programs in different sports fields, which was welcomed by ECI president.
At the end of the meeting, Mohammad Reza Saket presented the sports memorial of Sepahan Club to the president of the ECO Cultural Institute and invited him to pay an official visit to the club.
It is worth mentioning that ECO Cultural Institute, under the instruction of Sarvar Bakhti, has aimed to promote "cultural tourism" and "sports diplomacy" to bring the peoples of the ECO region closer together.
