Acting Minister of Women's Affairs Hasina Safi met today with Sima Shadab, head of Afghanistan`s Disabled Women's Association.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, quoting Bakhtar Agency, during the meeting, head of Afghanistan's Disabled Women's Association discussed the challenges women with disabilities face including handicrafts supply, suitable place for business women, appropriate education, and working conditions and called for cooperation to address these issues.
Hasina Safi referred to the women's gardens at the center of the country`s provinces as suitable places to supply women's handicrafts and said that the ministry, as a women's rights organization, is committed to deal with the problems of women with disabilities.
