ECI- Iran’s Veteran Artists Institute to Boost Ties
The President of the ECO Cultural Institute and the Director of Iran’s Veteran Artists Institute in a meeting held on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, voiced their readiness to broaden their relations.

According to the ECO Cultural Institute, in the meeting which was held at this international organization, Sarvar Bakhti, President of the ECO Cultural Institute, called culture a powerful factor and a strong support of any society and called for deep mutual cooperation with the two Institutes.
The president of the ECO Cultural Institute, referred to the "promotion and growth of culture and art" as the most important goals of the two cultural institutions and asked for the use of existing capacities in order to achieve common goals.
Sarvar Bakhti also highlighted the role of veteran artists to boost ties between the peoples of the Region and announced the readiness of the ECO Cultural Institute to cooperate holding joint meetings, roundtables and virtual conferences.
During the meeting, Niknam Hosseinipour, Director of Iran's Veteran Artists Institute, in his turn, briefed Sarvar Bakhti on the institute's activities, saying that the institute has nearly a thousand members who are cultural figures in the fields of literature, drama and cinema, music, fine arts, and traditional arts which is a great opportunity for establishing constructive cooperation between the two institutes.
