Turkish Parliament Hosts a Meeting with Turkmen Diplomats
The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ankara and the Turkmen-Turkish parliamentary friendship group of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey held a meeting on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan`s neutrality.

According to the ECO Cultural Institute quoting Fars News, The event was attended by the chairman of the Turkmen-Turkish friendship group Ibrahim Aydemir and members of the Turkish parliament.
Ambassador of Turkmenistan Ishankuli Amanliev made a speech, talking about the achievements of his country in various spheres over the years of independence, the role of the policy of neutrality in strengthening international and regional stability, promoting constructive initiatives of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on important issues on the world agenda.
Ibrahim Aydemir also spoke about the importance of Turkmenistan's neutrality in international relations, in ensuring global security and sustainable development. Stressing the effectiveness of the traditionally friendly relations between Turkey and Turkmenistan, he noted that they are also built on the principles of neutrality and mutual respect.
