The book "500 Years of Ottoman Cuisine" Released in Persian
The book "500 Years of Ottoman Cuisine" by Marianna Yerasimos which is translated by Neda Khoshghani was published by scientific and cultural publications.

According to the ECO Cultural Institute, quoting IBNA, Marianna Yerasimos was born in Istanbul in 1947. She graduated from the Faculty of Literature, Department of Psychology, and specialized in children education. From 1973 to 1984, she was one of the founders and editor of Guzelm Publishing especially in the field of education and children's books.
She established the Alpha Gallery, the first specialized engraving gallery in Istanbul, and continued her education in the field of engraving in the daily life of the Ottoman community. In 2002, she wrote the book "500 Years of Ottoman Cuisine", which is a study of food and food ways by examining how Ottoman cuisines have developed over time and contains 99 instructions taken from Ottoman documents and relevant to contemporary culinary art. The book is published in Turkish, English and Greek languages. Also released in June 2007 under the title "Istanbul Palace Food" as a supplement to the Greek newspaper "Ta Nea".
