Fatemeh Morchel, the deputy spokesman of the President, said that the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan supports any training program that is launched for the development of information technology in Afghanistan.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute quoting Bakhtar Agency, Fatemeh Morchel, the deputy spokesman of the President, at a joint meeting titled "we think digital" said that the process of paying the salaries of government employees is going to be electronic by the end of this year.
Morchel also added that electronic governance is the priority of the government and so far 95 % of government employees have become biometric.
It is said that Heer organization has the responsibility of digital education in Afghanistan
