Abolfazl Rabiee, Iranian cultural attaché in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, announced the presence of "Farman Khalilov" in the 5th International Congress of Shahriar Cultural Award.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, quoting the Public Relations of Islamic Culture and Communication Organization, Abolfazl Rabiee, Iranian cultural attaché in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, met Farman Khalilov, head of the Manuscripts Foundation of the Nakhchivan National Academy of Sciences, at the Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Nakhchivan.
Explaining the activities of the Iranian Cultural Counselor in Nakhchivan, Rabiee said: “Iran's relations with Nakhchivan have been very friendly and always fraternal, and I hope that the relations between them will expand as much as possible.”
Iran's cultural attaché in Nakhchivan, referring to the presence “Farman Khalilov” at the 5th International Congress of Shahriar Cultural Award, saying: "The international webinar will be held with the presence from Turkey, Georgia, Iran and Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic by Tabriz University with the participation of Culture Organization and Islamic communications.
