Şanlıurfa Province, Turkey, is trying to register the unique and classic food and flavors of this city with its food diversity.
Turkey’s Şanlıurfa Province, known for its variety of food and excellent food flavors and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, continues to receive geographical indications for 450 other food and flavors.
This province, which with its unique food culture has also become the center of food tourism in the country, is preparing the necessary documents for the global registration of 30 special foods and flavors.
