Two Iranian Stories Published in Kazakh Language
The short stories “Farsi is Sweet” by Mohammad-Ali Jamalzadeh and “Suitcase” by Bozorg Alavi have been translated into Kazakh Language by Ainash Kassym.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, quoting ISNA, the translation of the story “Farsi is Sweet” has been published in the newspaper “Kazakh Literature” and the story of “Suitcase” has been published in the newspaper “Qala and Dala”.
Ainash Kassym, who has translated many works from Persian into Kazakh and vice versa, has previously translated Jamalzadeh’s story “Kabab-e Ghaz” into Kazakh and published it in the Kazakh Literary newspaper, which is the most prestigious literary newspaper in Kazakhstan, at the discretion of the Kazakh readers.
He also recently translated Rasoul Parvizi’s book “The Story of My Glasses” into Kazakh, which is now published in Aq Zelkin, a teen magazine.
