The Republic of Azerbaijan and Turkey are to cooperate deeply in the production of films and series. The issue was discussed during the meeting of the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Anar Karimov with his Turkish counterpart Mehmet Nuri Ersoy in Ankara.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, quoting day.az, the parties agreed to produce films and strengthen the cooperation in this field, produce joint series, make films about Nagorno-Karabakh, hold a film festival in Shusha, cooperate in screening films at international festivals, exchange experience between cinema institutions, improve professional in the field of animation, hold educational programs, establish a joint cinema foundation, create social programs for teenagers and young people, prepare a cultural memorandum of cooperation and sign it to the working group of the joint commission of the two countries in 2022.
