270 youths graduated the fourth public speaking course in Bamiyan today.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, quoting Bakhtar News Agency; “Afghan youths have been training in public speaking skills and computer science in the province for three months”, said Is’haq Movahedi, Bamiyan’s director of information and culture.
He said: “Youths are regarded as a dynamic force in the society and Bamiyan Department of Information and Culture will spare no effort to develop coherent and integrated policies and programmers to build capacity for youths.”
The Department of Information and Culture of Bamiyan awarded certificate of appreciation to the instructors who volunteered to teach and also graduate certificates to the students.
