Spanish cyclist Delko team won the Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, quoting Anadolu News Agency, Jose Manuel Diaz, the Spanish cyclist of the French Delko team, became the champion of the 56th round of the Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey.
The first stage of the 56th round of the Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey started in Konya, and participants today rode the 160-kilometer route from Bodrum to Kuşadasi in the eighth stage of the competition.
Jose Manuel Diaz, the 26-year-old Spanish cyclist of the French Delko team, won first place at the end of the eighth round of the competition.
Manuel finishes the 1,244-km ride in 29 hours, 19 minutes and 40 seconds.
Jay Vine, the Australian cyclist of the Belgian Alpecin-Fenix team, also came in second with just one second behind, and Eduardo Sepulveda, the Argentinian cyclist of the Giocattoli-Sidermec team of Italy, came in third.
