Sarvar Bakhti, President of the ECO Cultural Institute, in a meeting with Jahangir Kosari, prominent film producer, called for increasing cinematic relations between ECO member states.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, while referring to the role of cinema and theater to promote cultural relations among the ECO countries, Sarvar Bakhti expressed the readiness of the ECO Cultural Institute to organize festivals and make joint cinematic productions.
Jahangir Kosari also stressed on the need to increase cinematic relations between ECO member states and proposed holding film weeks for female directors of Iran and other ECO member countries, which was welcomed by the president of the ECO Cultural Institute.
