ECI & Birjand University Sign MoU *** On the sidelines of the “Int’l. Conference on Human Security in West Asia” organized by Birjand University of South Khorasan Province, ECI President Dr. Mohammad Rajabi, and Birjand University President Dr. Mohammad Reza Miri, signed a MoU agreement for cooperation in scientific, research and cultural fields, with emphasis on the common cultural heritage of ECO Member States. Foreign researchers and academicians from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan and other neighboring countries were among the participants of the conference. ECI President delivered a major speech on the necessity of strengthening cultural relations among the neighboring countries, to increase the security level of the region.
