Bayas Toral, translator of the Shahnameh into Kyrgyz, is in charge of the Kyrgyz Studies Department of the Manas and Genghis Aitmatov National Academy in Kyrgyzstan since its establishment. He always recommends reading Shahnameh.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, quoting the Culture and Thought Group, the 37th non-administrative note of Parviz Ghasemi, Iran’s Cultural Attaché in Kyrgyzstan, is dated September 30, 2020. On this day, on the occasion of Translator’s Day, he met Bayas Toral, one of the leading figures in Iranian studies in Kyrgyzstan, who is the translator of Ferdowsi’s Shahnameh into Kyrgyz.
