The 30th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Islamic Republic of Iran was marked on May 15, 2022, at the ECO Cultural Institute Headquarters.
According to the public relations of the ECO Cultural Institute, the event was attended by Dr. Mohammad-Hassan Sheikh al-Eslami, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister and Head of the Institute for Political And International Studies, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, H.E. Turdakun Sydykov, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to I.R. Iran, Mr. Khusrav Noziri, Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO). The speakers congratulated the 30th anniversary of political, economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries, expressed their hope for further expansion of bilateral relations.
Also present at the ceremony were officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Executive Director of the ECO Cultural Institute, ambassadors of the ECO member countries, and some other countries.
