Türkiye on Thursday announced the inclusion of its multinational "Sericulture and Traditional Production of Silk for Weaving" in UNESCO's list of intangible cultural heritage. A foreign ministry said: 'Our multinational nomination file of “Sericulture and Traditional Production of Silk for Weaving” submitted with Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan has been inscribed on UNESCO'.
