Nominations shall be made using a nomination form available on the ECOCI website at least three months in advance. Concurrently the call for nominations will be circulated among the ECO member states to convey their nominations within sufficient time (60 days). The member states are requested to consider applications within two weeks and convey to the ECO Cultural Institute three nominations in the specified category along with their CV.
