On April 18, Kyrgyz President Sadir Japarov and Kazakhstan President Kassem Tokayev discussed and exchanged views on promoting cultural relations and visited joint cultural programs between the two countries.
In one of these programs, the exchange of musical traditions and customs between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan was carried out through the performance of musicians from both countries, and Kazakh artists performed Kyrgyz songs, and Kyrgyz artists also presented Kazakh music repertoire.
Also, the opening ceremony of the second Kazakhstan-Kyrgyz youth forum was held by the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana.
