On the second day of the 33rd edition of Fajr International Music Festival, the official contests in music were discussed.
According to ECI Public Relations, on the second day of the research section of Fajr International Music Festival, on Friday, January 12, 2018, two workshops on "Official Contests in Music" and "Classical Music Aesthetics and its Comparison with Persian Music Trends" were discussed at the conference hall of ECO Cultural Institute with the presence of scholars from Germany and Iran.
Music contests as a historical phenomenon, official contests in music, the changing of music cultures through the formation of official contests in music, political conditions and official contests in music and media were discussed by Klaus Neumann of Germany.
Also, Mohammad Saeed Sharifian introduced classical music aesthetics and compared it with Persian music trends.
The 33rd Fajr International Music Festival which is held in cooperation with ECO Cultural Institute is running at the conference hall of the institute on January 11, 12, 18, 19, 2018 with the presence of scholars from Germany, Austria, Poland and Iran
