According to ECI's Public Relations, following series of international training courses and workshops on the theme of Organizational Culture, the third international workshop titled "Organizational Culture Analysis and Recreation Employing Edgar H.Schein Model" will be held in the fall of 2018 at the Diplomatic Library of the ECO Cultural Institute.
At the workshop, during six three-hour sessions, the concept of organizational culture and its impact on the employee behavior, performance and effectiveness of the organization, as well as its impact on the organization interactions with other relevant institutions will be examined employing Schein's model and the trainees will practice group drills to master the methodology for using the model.
The workshop will be presented by Dr. Ramin ETEZAD MOZAFFAR, Senior Advisor to the ECI President.
Also, similar workshops and courses were formerly held by the presenter at ECI, to consider and analyze the Organizational Culture and the Impact of National Culture on Organization Environment on the basis of Hofstede's relevant Models.
