Sarvar Bakhti, President of the ECO Cultural Institute, sent a note to the Kazakh Embassy to congratulate Kazakhstan National Day on December 16.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, Mr. Sarvar Bakhti, in his message of congratulations to H.E. Asakht Orazbay, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Tehran, on the occasion of the country`s National Day, wished the well-being and prosperity for the government and the people of Kazakhstan.
