On the occasion of The International Day for Monuments and Sites, The Protection and Restoration Management System was unveiled in the presence of the Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to the ECO Cultural Institute, quoting the public relations of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, the unveiling ceremony of the comprehensive cultural heritage system was attended by the Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage and the Director General of Monuments and Historic Sites in person and the Deputy Ministers of Cultural Heritage of the provinces virtually.
“This system can help transfer knowledge and experience,” Dr. Ali Asghar Monesan said at the unveiling ceremony. “Given that there are many historical monuments in the country, the system will maximize monitoring and protection of monuments.”
