The 15th Tashkent International Film Festival was held in Uzbekistan. More than 500 cinematographers, famous actors, directors, cinematographers, famous figures from 52 countries of the world, including Azerbaijan, attended this festival.
According to AZERTAC, the international short film competition "Film in 5 days" was held at the Tashkent International Film Festival under the title "Pearl of the Silk Road".
Students of Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, director Shirin Ahmadli, cameraman Yusuf Ghasemli represented Azerbaijan in this competition. According to the terms of the competition, the short film "One Hundred Steps" was released in five days and won the first place. The main cash prize of the competition in the amount of 3000 dollars was awarded to young students.
