The 35th International Film Festival for Children and Adolescents was opened in a ceremony attended by the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance and the head of the Cinema Organization at Isfahan International Conference Center.
According to the Eco Cultural Institute, the secretary of the festival said about the importance of this cultural event: Isfahan International Festival for Children and Adolescents is one of the most prestigious film festivals in the world and has a rating of (A), and for this reason, it is a prestigious festival among the famous filmmakers of the world, especially the filmmakers of children and teenagers. And it is known. He added: 359 works from filmmakers inside the country and 200 works from filmmakers abroad were received. In addition to Iran, 39 countries are also present in this period of the festival. The competitive part of the festival includes two national and international parts.
He continued that this year's festival with the slogan "Children to the Crest" has a content approach in addition to the cinematic and cultural approach and seeks the excellence of children and their families. According to the secretary of the festival, "Abu Nasr Farabi" Special Award, "Martyr Behnam Mohammadi" Award, "Creative Cultural Arts" Award, "Gowharshad" Award and "Special Family" Award are 5 awards that have been added to different parts of this festival.
