Eldiyar Orozbaev and Asylbek Abdyjapar won gold and bronze at the international chess tournament "15th Memorial of M. Nikitina".
The tournament will be held from February 27 to February 4, 2024 in the city of Pavlodar (Kazakhstan) dedicated to the bright memory of Yuriy Nikitin, the first chess master of the USSR.
The "A" part of the tournament was attended by international masters of Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and players competing under the flag of FIDE. On behalf of Kyrgyzstan, among men, the champions of the republic - international master Abdyjapar Asylbek and FIDE master Orozbaev Eldiyar took part.
