She received her primary education in her hometown and at school she became acquainted with the poems of famous Persian-speaking poets - Saadi, Hafez and Jami and fell in love with them. With her initiative, a school was founded in Khujand where girls also studied. A collection of her poems has survived, which contains forty-five ghazals and other poems. She wrote poetry in Persian and Turkish, most of which are on the topics of the glory of the times, morality and love, and praise of human virtues, which are written in the traditional form of poetry - ghazal. In her ghazals, she mostly uses similes, metaphors, allusions and contrasts. She is the mother of Mu'azzam Khan and Mu'tarkhan, other poets of this line. The language of Qambar Khan's ghazals is simple and fluent, and articles about her have been published in the book "Yad Yar Mehraban" and the magazines "Rudaki" and "Zanan Tajikstan". Qambarkhan Khojandi died in 1298 AH.
