Tehran, September 11, 2025 – Dr. Mehrdad Rakhshandeh, Executive Director and Acting President of the ECO Cultural Institute, held a meeting with Dr. Umut Başar, Scientific and Educational Attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Tehran, to advance cultural and educational collaboration between the ECO Cultural Institute and the Embassy of Türkiye.
