"Bridges of Culture" Photo Exhibition Opens at ECO Cultural Institute
The photo exhibition, "Bridges of Culture: A Photographic Exploration Across ECO Countries," was inaugurated on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the ECO Cultural Institute (ECI).
The opening ceremony was attended by a gathering of prominent cultural figures, university professors, and enthusiasts. The collection was curated by Dr. Bahram Amir Ahmadian, a professor at the ECO College of Insurance (affiliated with Allameh Tabataba'i University).
The exhibition, which will run until November 4, 2025 (Aban 13, 1404 SH), aims to elucidate and introduce the cultural heritage and shared civilizational bonds among the member states of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO). The featured works include documentary photographs of historical architecture, notable landmarks, and scenes of social life within the region.

Historical Narratives from Documentary Images
During the opening ceremony, Dr. Amir Ahmadian provided expert commentary, detailing the historical and cultural background of each photograph. His presentation focused on introducing the historical context and personal anecdotes related to the images, which were captured during his research expeditions throughout the region, particularly along routes connected to the Silk Road. This approach transformed the exhibition into a scholarly and cultural forum for discussion and exchange regarding the region's shared civilizational commonalities.
