Tajikistan’s Ambassador Praises the Publication of the Book “ECO Diplomatic Library: A Mirror of Harmony Among ECO Nations”
Dr. Nizamuddin Zahedi, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan, praised the publication of the book "ECO Diplomatic Library: A Mirror of Harmony Among ECO Nations" by the ECO Cultural Institute (ECI).
He described the documentation of library activities across different periods as the most important and significant method for transferring experiences to future generations, and he called for its continuation.
According to the ECI Information Center, Dr. Nizamuddin Zahedi, speaking during a meeting with the Acting President of ECO Cultural Institute Diplomatic Library on Wednesday March 13, 2025 (23 Isfand 1403) emphasized in his recommendation of the book: 
« The content of this book
provides a transparent narrative of the entire range of library activities in cooperation with the luminaries and literary figures of the member countries."
During the meeting, Dr. Zahra Aslani conveyed the sincerest greetings of Dr. Saad Khan, President of the ECO Cultural Institute, to the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan. She expressed gratitude for Dr. Nizamuddin Zahedi’s years of special and continuous support in library and publishing and collaboration 
with the ECO Cultural Institute.
The report also mentions that Dr. Nizamuddin Zahedi states in a section of the book's preface: "Since its establishment, the ECO Cultural Institute's Diplomatic Library has sought to make protected written heritage and cultural documents accessible, and to open a new window of cooperation in the field of library exchanges and cultural interactions for its audience."
Dr. Saad Khan also emphasized in a section of his own preface to the book: "The ECO Cultural Institute is active and dynamic in introducing the cultural and artistic assets of the member countries, serving as a reliable bridge of friendship among the ECO nations. The most important duty of its library is the preservation of historical and cultural written heritage and the lasting memorials of past and future generations."
It is noteworthy that the book “ECO Diplomatic Library: A Mirror of Harmony Among ECO Nations” is comprised of 8 chapters, complete with tables, charts, and images. It was compiled through the efforts of Dr. Zahra Aslani across 216 pages and was released to the publishing market in 2024 (1403 SH) by the ECO Cultural Institute Publications.
This book represents an effort to present the activity record of the ECO Cultural Institute's Diplomatic Library and its achievements during the years 2019 to 2023 (1398 to 1402 SH), signifying the dynamism and alignment of activities undertaken within the context of promoting reading during this time period.
