​Meeting of the Acting President of the ECO Cultural Institute (ECI) with the Secretary of the Fajr International Music Festival
On the morning of 19 November 2025, the Acting President of the ECO Cultural Institute met with the Secretary of the Fajr International Music Festival.
During this meeting, Mr. Mehrdad Rakhshandeh, Executive Director and Acting President of the ECO Cultural Institute, expressed his pleasure at the well-deserved appointment of Dr. Arash Amini, a Distinguished Conductor of our country, as the Secretary of the 41st Fajr International Festival and announced his readiness to support and enhance cooperation between the ECO Cultural Institute and the Secretariat of the Fajr International Music Festival.
Mr. Rakhshandeh noted: “Music is an international language and requires no linguistic knowledge or translation. Music brings together people of culture and art, fostering closeness and connection among nations.”
Mr. Arash Amini, Secretary of the 41st Fajr International Music Festival, also expressed his appreciation, on behalf of himself and the Festival Secretariat, for the warm welcome and readiness of the ECO Cultural Institute to collaborate with the Secretariat in ensuring the successful organization of this year’s festival.
Mr. Arash Amini also proposed that, in this edition of the Fajr International Music Festival, music groups from ECO member countries to be invited.
Mr. Rakhshandeh also welcomed this proposal and expressed the Institute’s full support and comprehensive cooperation in achieving the goals of this international festival.
