On November 23, 2025 (2 Azar 1404), the Acting President of the ECO Cultural Institute held a meeting with Mr. Asgar Asgarov, Cultural Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, accompanied by his delegation.
The discussions centered on strengthening cultural ties and exploring avenues for expanded cooperation between the Institute and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Republic of Azerbaijan proposed organizing a cultural program at the ECO Cultural Institute, which was warmly received by the Acting President, Mr. Rakhshandeh. It was agreed that the program will take place on December 11, 2025. Expressing gratitude for this initiative, the Acting President voiced hope that the event would serve as the beginning of broader cultural collaboration.
Additionally, the meeting addressed the 2026 cultural calendar of the ECO Cultural Institute, with emphasis on the Republic of Azerbaijan’s active involvement in next year’s events.
