The Turkish–Iranian co-production One Thousand and One Nights TV–film series is set to premiere soon across Iran, Türkiye, and several Arab countries.
According to TRT Avaz, the TV–film is directed by Iranian filmmaker Mostafa Kiaei and draws inspiration from the shared cultural heritage of the One Thousand and One Nights (Arabian Nights) tales. The cast features a strong ensemble of Turkish and Iranian actors, including legendary Iranian star Parviz Parastui.
As the first TV–film collaboration between Türkiye and Iran, One Thousand and One Nights stands as a new cultural bridge, strengthening cultural diplomacy and deepening cultural cooperation between the two ECO member states. The production team has announced that the series will begin airing in Türkiye in just a few weeks.
