On January 26, 2026 (6 Bahman 1404), Dr. Mohammad Hassan, President of the ECO Cultural Institute, accompanied by Dr. Rakhshandeh Yazdi, Executive Director of the Institute, visited the office of Mr. Seyed Abbas Salehi, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance of the Islamic Republic of Iran and a member of the Permanent Council of Representatives of the ECO Cultural Institute.
During the meeting, the parties discussed and explored opportunities for joint collaboration in cultural, educational, and artistic fields. Both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening cultural exchange and cooperation among ECO member states and fostering regional understanding through shared programs and initiatives.
The meeting also provided a platform to review ongoing projects and identify new areas for collaboration in 2026, aiming to enhance the role of the ECO Cultural Institute in promoting the cultural heritage and creative potential of the ECO region.
