On 29 January 2026, H.E. Ambassador Elyas Gayypov, Ambassador of Turkmenistan, paid a courtesy visit to Dr. Mohammad Hassan, President of the ECO Cultural Institute (ECI).
During the meeting, Ambassador Gayypov extended his congratulations to Dr. Mohammad Hassan on the commencement of his mandate as President of the ECO Cultural Institute and emphasized the importance of strengthening cultural cooperation among the ECO Member States.
The two sides exchanged views on potential areas of collaboration, particularly in the fields of cultural and artistic exchange, and underlined the significance of enhancing constructive engagement in line with the objectives and mandate of the ECO Cultural Institute.
