The ECO Cultural Institute (ECI) invites applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the position of Accountant.
ECI is a specialized cultural body of the Economic Cooperation Organization dedicated to promoting cultural cooperation, heritage preservation, and creative collaboration among its Member States.
Key Responsibilities:
The accountant's key responsibilities include:
· To manage accounting and financial records in accordance with ECO Financial Rules and procedures.
· To prepares financial statements, payment vouchers, and budgetary reports.
· To processes payroll, entitlements, and other staff-related financial transactions.
· To supports budget execution, audits, and financial controls.
Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field;
(Candidates with BS Accounting and/or with professional accounting certification will be preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting, financial management, or auditing. (Experience in international organizations, project budgeting, and financial reporting preferred)
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Must be a national of a ECO Member States of not less than 21 years age.
- Good command of English Language. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial software, and ECO financial rules. High integrity, attention to detail, and reporting accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good command of English (written and spoken).

- Contract-based appointment subject to ECI rules and regulations.
