The ECO Cultural Institute (ECI) has started publishing its dedicated newsletter, titled ECI Newsletter, beginning in June 2026. The first issue was released on June 7, 2026 (17 Khordad 1405) as a new step in informing audiences about the Institute’s activities, programs, and future outlook. This publication is issued in English, reaching international readers as well.
In the opening message of this issue, Ambassador Muhammad Hassan, President of ECI, expressed his appreciation for the efforts of colleagues under challenging circumstances and emphasized the importance of culture as a bridge between nations. He also referred to recent meetings with Pakistan’s cultural authorities and the President of the ECO Science Foundation, while outlining upcoming initiatives in cultural events, publications, and joint collaborations.
The newsletter, in addition to covering activities of May, includes reports on ECI’s participation in the ECO Regional Planning Council, the 48th Meeting of the Council of Permanent Representatives, and a congratulatory message to the Republic of Azerbaijan on its National Day.
The launch of this new newsletter, alongside the continued activity of the ECOName news platform, reflects the Institute’s determination to strengthen communication with its audience and to highlight the rich cultural heritage of ECO Member States.
